Trisha Fronczek MS, RN-BC, CCRN walks a very winding RN trail. ICU nurse, nurse educator, nurse advocate, new graduate expert, and school nurse substitute to just name a few!
Trisha graduated from Penn State University School of Nursing with her BSN in 2001. Her nursing background included roles as a Cardiothoracic ICU nurse, nurse educator and nurse advocate. Holding two certifications and a master’s degree from Towson University, Trisha feels continued learning is vital to moving a nursing career forward while ensuring safe patient care.
Trisha is passionate about new graduate nurses, shared governance, patient safety, and ensuring every nurse has support and opportunities to learn and grow.
